This is a little bit of a different topic this week since you guys know I typically keep it very positive and upbeat. However, I think it's still really important to keep it real and I just wanted to be honest with you guys and not force an episode that wasn't genuinely how I've been feeling, and I'm sure a lot of you can relate during such a crazy time we're living in. I talk about how I know its ok to not be ok and to feel sad. We all experience sadness, some more than others, and personally I've learned that feeling it and letting it out feels best for me and helps me start feeling better.
