💗Meditation Monday 🧘🏼‍♀️- Recalibrate...

Morning Meditation
About this episode

Sometimes there is an underlying energy within us that drives our actions. 


It could be a feeling of anxiety and worry. 


It could be a feeling of stress and hurry. 


It could be a feeling of sadness or grief. 


It could be a feeling of discomfort. 


And while it’s important we recognize and honor these feelings, we can cause havoc if we let them fuel our actions. 


So today, we’re going to take an inventory of our emotions and gently sift and sort them so we can root ourselves deep in our BEING as we take action and make decisions. 


We will recalibrate our energy, so we can make sure our actions are fueled by LOVE instead of FEAR. 


HOPE instead of HATE. 


CONNECTION instead of SEPARATION.
