The "That Girl" Guide to Loving Your Bod...

Ellie Johnson
About this episode

I have been recovering from my eating disorder for two years now and I have grown and learned a lot through the process of getting better. So I wanted to share what steps I have taken and how I have shifted my mindset to get to the place where I am now.
