About this episode

The intention of today’s meditation is to flood you with love and positivity through a variety of affirmations.

Positive statements and reminders that smooth out any jagged feelings of doubt, stress or anxiety.

And leave you feeling fresh, light and ready to create the most amazing day.

You may hear an affirmation that you have a reaction to...perhaps because it’s not true for you right now or it represents something painful for you.

If you do, just recognize the reaction you have and any thoughts that come up...and let them go, coming back to your breath to receive the love behind these words.


JOURNAL PROMPTS:

  1. Write down any affirmations that you’d like to focus on this morning.
  2. Did you have any reactions to any of the affirmations in the meditation?  If so, describe it.
  3. How do you feel after this meditation?
