3 thoughts to set you free

About this episode

What if fear didn't mean stop?

What if a problem didn't have to become a problem?

And what if you didn't need to have an opinion about everything happening around you?

In this episode of This Daring Adventure, I'm sharing three simple ideas that have changed the way I think, feel, and show up in my life:

  • Treat fear as a suggestion.
  • If you don't want it to be a problem, don't make it a problem.
  • You don't have to have an opinion on everything.

These ideas have helped me create more calm, protect my energy, and focus on what I can actually control.

They're simple. But when you start practicing them, they can change a lot.

Listen in and choose one to experiment with this week.
