Beaucoup pensent que courir des heures ou pédaler sans fin est la solution miracle pour brûler des graisses. Mais la réalité est bien plus NUANCÉE. Dans cet épisode, je t’explique :


  • pourquoi le cardio seul ne suffit pas pour perdre du poids,

  • la différence entre brûler des calories à l’instant T et stimuler ton métabolisme sur le long terme,

  • comment combiner musculation, marche et cardio pour obtenir de vrais résultats,

  • et surtout, quelle stratégie appliquer concrètement si ton objectif est de maigrir.
