EP 199: High Performance Coaching for En...

Vigor Life Podcast
About this episode

I met Dan 16 years ago in a Mastermind for gym owners as he ha a gym in Toronto and I had just started mine a year ago in Seattle. We have stayed in touch and it’s been amazing to see the journey and Dan’s success, eventually moving to online and being prolific, while building an incredible online coaching business for high level entrepreneurs.

Dan Go specializes in helping entrepreneurs get lean and live longer with ease and minimal stress. He spent 15 years coaching thousands of clients, helping them lose over 100,000+ pounds while growing one of the highest rated gyms in Canada.

In 2018, he left the gym world to take the patterns he observed in entrepreneurs―that actually got long term results―and started focusing on helping this select group of mental athletes build high performing bodies.

Dan has millions of followers across his platforms and a 500k newsletter list where he shares daily tips on health, performance, longevity and productivity for entrepreneurs.

IN THIS EPISODE YOU’LL LEARN:
