Anyone else get a little pissy when they’re out of their routine?


My kids are on Spring Break this week, and even though I’ve prepared for it, getting out of my usual routine can unravel me a little.


I can feel a bit irritable and far from center.


So join me for this meditation so we can remind ourselves that our center is always here within us…just a breath away.
