Bring your attention into your body.
And begin to slowly scan it from head to toe.

Take notice of any areas where you are holding tension,
Pain,Ā

See if you can imagine all those spots,
Slowly glowing red.
Signaling to you,Ā
That theyāre ready for healing.Ā

Now breathe in fully now,Ā

Imagine a soothing blue wave of energy,
Entering your body.

Watch as the blue wave travels to each of the glowing red areas,Ā
And covers them with cooling love,
Healing your body,
One blue inhale at a time,
Until all the glowing red,
Has left,Ā
And only the loving glow of healing blue remains.Ā
