About this episode

This is a tough love podcast, where I’m telling you the truth even if it’s hard for you to hear. And the topic is bullying yourself.

How aware are you of your self-talk?

You may think that your self-talk is helping you stay on course. You may think that the way you talk to yourself in your head is necessary to keep you from failing… yet again.

But you would be wrong. In this podcast we’re going to get very familiar with your self-talk and you might be surprised by what you hear.

It is time for some tough love from me, your compassionate coach.

Listen to this podcast to learn what self-bullying is, what happens when you do it consistently, and why it’s not getting you the results you want.

Even more importantly, I’m going to talk to you about putting an end to the bullying once and for all.

If you want different results, it’s time to speak to yourself differently.

The bullying stops now!
