In this episode of The Self Love Fix Podcast, I’m discussing the root cause of people-pleasing and how to break the habit. People-pleasing is a core symptom of codependency, and overcoming these tendencies can be a long process. But I promise you - it is well worth the inner work!

  • The brain’s unconscious response
  • How to break the habit
