In this episode, we talk about changing your experience to a positive one. 

Your experience is based on how you perceive things, and the energy you operate in dictates the frequency you see. So not only are you depressed and feeling low, but you will also see all the low energy around you. 

Operating at a high-level frequency helps you because you then see everything that is positive frequency. This is why everything that happens (good or bad) is an opportunity for us to grow. 

This is an energetic episode, and I can't wait to share it with you.
