Hello and welcome to the Weightlifting Nutritionist Podcast, in today’s episode I would like to introduce Veronica. Veronica is a past client of mine, Veronica came to me after years of dealing with constant thoughts and anxieties around food, obsession with fitness, and a loss of period. 

 

In today’s episode, we are going to walk through her journey of dealing with her eating disorder, her recovery, and getting her period back after that recovery. You’ll hear about:

 

  • Weight and self-esteem issues
  • Losing a bunch of weight after a traumatic life-changing event
  • How she found a healthy relationship with food and weight lifting
  • Losing her period and binge eating during her eating disorder
  • How her life has changed after working with Elena and her recovery
