We often hear platitudes like “if it’s meant to be, it will be easy,” or “if it feels hard, maybe it’s not meant for you.” And while these phrases are usually said to make us feel better about work, relationships, or whatever the situation is at hand, there’s a danger in them, too. 

The truth is, emotional growth often feels TERRIBLE, so if we find ourselves constantly shying away from resistance or difficulty, we may also miss out on opportunities for BIG growth. Tune in to learn how to discern what’s worth emotional difficulty and what’s not.
