32. Validating Your Emotions When Other ...

Alissa Boyer
About this episode

Let's be real. HSPs have some BIG emotions. We learned early on in our lives that our emotions made others uncomfortable and caused rifts or issues in relationships...so we started hiding them. We even started repeating what others so often told to us: "It's not a big deal. Don't freak out. Just get over it."

I'm here to tell you that you and your experiences are valid. Period. That's it.

In this episode, you'll learn:

  • Why we tend to hide and ignore our emotions.
  • How to validate your feelings and advocate for yourself.
  • How to support yourself and create self-trust.

Enrollment is open for The Sensitive & Soulful Membership!!
