Off Track: Hi, Kifak? Ça va?

Luca Allam
About this episode

Welcome to a special bonus episode of Luca’s Insight Track. In this 'Off Track' edition, I talk about the question we ask people every day? Hi, how are you? In the world of empathy, it’s not just about asking the question, but allowing time for the answer, probing further and listening without judgement or pre bias - that’s real curiosity.

Inspired by a great episode with Mimi Nicklin, I share my own insights about loneliness, and how loneliness is a symptom of people not being understood or listened to. Every day, we ask and answer questions about each other, and most of us choose to take the quick and easy way out when asking and when responding. Loneliness is easy to find, but even easier to hide it. Curiosity may have killed the cat, but when it comes to helping overcome mental health issues like anxiety, it has never been more important for us humans.

In this unfiltered, improvised and off scripted episode, I share my personal insights that have and continue to shape who I am. Tune in now for a raw and thought-inspired conversation on Off Track!
