Why Is Asking for Help So Hard? Let's ta...

About this episode

Do you find it hard to ask for help? Same.

This episode for all women struggling with admitting they need some help. I talk endlessly of lack of community and support for our generation, but when we have it, do we utilize it?

As someone who has had zero support to having a village rally around her, I think this is an important question to ask ourselves. Admitting we need help is not a failure, but one of our greatest strengths.

Join us for our first girls night back with a bit about where I’ve been, what’s to come and a little encouragement.
