About this episode

there’s a fine line between crashing out (losing the essence of your aura) and standing on business (taking up for yourself). to help myself distinguish the two, i stop and notice how i feel afterwards. do i feel depleted? out of body? or do i feel relieved? better than i did before hand? was it worth it? sometimes the answer is yes. sometimes the answer is no. but i always find my way back to my natural state of being. and that’s what matters.


in this episode, we share a practical guide on avoiding crash out— taking care of your energy and protecting your aura being the core of it all.
