STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS AND ST...

Keara Callahan
About this episode

Your life isn’t supposed to look like anyone else’s because you aren’t like anyone else, you are uniquely you. You have a unique set of goals, dreams, aspirations, obstacles, opportunities, etc. Stop comparing yourself to others and start living your own life.

In this episode Keara teaches you how to stop comparing where you’re at with life to where everyone else is. It doesn’t more you father ahead, improve your situation, or help you find peace. Comparing yourself to others just feed your shame, fuels your feeling of inadequacy, and ultimately, it keeps you stuck. There is no correct path in life. Everyone has their own unique journey. A path that is right for someone else won’t necessarily be the path that is right for you
