About this episode
Dr. Jaime Seeman is a board certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist and Ketogenic Nutrition Specialist. Known as Doctor Fit and Fabulous, and host of the Doctor Fit and Fabulous podcast, Dr. Seeman is everything you want to see in a doctor.  But like many of us she didn't start off that way.  

Her own struggles with low thyroid function, hormonal imbalance and pre-diabetes forced her to address her nutrition and lifestyle choices. Eventually she was able to swing her health and fitness in the opposite direction and now helps her patients and members of her ‘Hard to Kill’ community do the same.
