Have you ever suffered a BJJ Hip injury? When you are dealing with joint pain and struggling to get a proper diagnosis it's hard to know what to do. The best thing is not to make it worse - identify what is making you worse. Look at your daily activities and see if some habitual actions are creating chronic pain or how you are doing your BJJ.
