Today's my 38th birthday! And I got the craziest message last night from my spirit team on something I needed to do before starting my 38th year around the sun.
It's a beautiful gift I'm giving to myself but one that is also heavy and sad right now too hence why I'm spending a portion of my birthday crying today.
