220: Taking Your Healing and Your Relati...

BRANDY GILLMORE
About this episode

Join us for today’s podcast episode where Brandy takes us through the often unspoken aspects of relationships and their impact on our physical and emotional well-being. Relationships can be a "sore subject" in ways that may not be immediately apparent. When people think of healing from relationships, they often focus on feelings of loss, abuse, rejection, or abandonment, while overlooking other, less obvious emotions that affect them. Maybe you have experienced the same?

Brandy shares pivotal insights into how someone can feel disconnected and isolated even when surrounded by people, like we have a "wall up," or even feel that we are not understood. These feelings can leave us feeling isolated, even while we are simultaneously surrounded by others. Furthermore, this emotional disconnect can impact our overall well-being, happiness, and health.

As you will see in today's podcast episode, these emotions were some of the key factors that our volunteer, Jennifer, needed to address. As she began to shift these emotional-energetic patterns (and address a few other emotions), she was able to create a radical shift in her health!

If you have been stuck in physical or emotional pain and have been working on healing yourself, then you won't want to miss this episode. It's mind-expanding and also helps illustrate some important complexities (along with simple solutions) for self-healing.

Come join us! You won't want to miss the valuable insights Brandy shares.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We understand that some may believe mind-body healing is impossible. Therefore, if you would like to see images of individuals using their minds to relieve pain, you can check out this medical journal. It includes images from some of Brandy's case studies. If you want to learn how to use your mind to heal yourself, you can check out the training on Brandy's website. Each week, Brandy publishes a volunteer episode where she coaches a volunteer to heal themselves using their own mind. In addition, Brandy shares a quick IQ episode (Insights and Questions) where she answers listener questions or delves deeper into insights on working with the mind for healing.

Please remember that genuine change and follow through are key for self-healing results. If you struggle with negative thoughts or have a chronic health issue or chronic pain, please do not avoid seeing your doctor. Instead, your goal with self-healing should be to continue to see your doctor as recommended and blow their mind with what you are capable of with your mind and with the power of mind-body healing. Please enjoy this self-healing podcast.
