On va explorer ensemble l'histoire derrière cette idée, les preuves scientifiques qui la soutiennent, mais aussi les doutes et les recherches récentes qui la remettent en question. 

On va même parler du jeûne intermittent et pourquoi le petit déjeuner pourrait ne pas être nécessaire pour tout le monde. Enfin, je te donnerai des conseils pratiques pour composer un petit déjeuner équilibré.
