Dans l’épisode d’aujourd’hui je vous partage quelques recommandations pour améliorer la qualité de votre sommeil. Par qualité j’entends différentes choses, comme la durée d’endormissement, le nombre de réveils pendant la nuit ou bien la durée du sommeil. De nombreuses études se sont intéressées à l’impact que peuvent avoir les bonnes pratiques d’hygiène du sommeil sur la qualité de celui-ci.
