Mason and Vienna move into a conversation about the importance of confronting emotional wounds that manifest throughout life experiences (15:58) as Vienna speaks to behavior patterns that may develop if this pain is left unresolved (25:35).

Vienna shares her biggest piece of relationship advice (43:28), before wrapping up with a discussion about current mental health practices Vienna uses to maintain balance throughout her day to day life (48:50).
