#658 Childhood Trauma & Self-Perception ...

PAUL GILMARTIN
About this episode

Paul met Raquel in a group therapy session and just had to hear more of her story. She is an immigrant from El Salvador who is confronting her abusive childhood. She also struggles with two chronic illnesses and issues of self-perception. She opens up about how she’s working through all of these areas and coming out the other side as someone who respects and takes care of herself.
