About this episode

There are different types of loneliness and this video will show you how to deal with each type. Loneliness is an emotion we all experience at some point. For example, when we lose someone close to us, or when we are going through a difficult transition in our lives.  Even small events can make you feel lonely, such as hearing a sad song that reminds you of something or someone.  Whatever the reason you may feel isolated and alone, it’s important to be able to recognize the different types of loneliness and how they may affect you; as well as learning how to deal with them.
