In this hot seat episode, Listener Shubham says that he is a big fan of writing and tracking his habits and he does so regularly. But every once in a while, he loses motivation and the day goes by. He wants to know the right way of sustaining habits, lose laziness and procrastination, and stay motivated. 

Ashdin firstly reminds us how Motivation is a banned word in The Habit Coach community and asks us to replace it with the word 'intention'. He asks us to find the purpose behind the habit by sharing a simple example from his routine observation and some analysis. And explains how habits, when done with a purpose in mind, become more sustainable.
