Nick Bare
About this episode

In this episode, marathon coach Jeff Cunningham sits down with Nick to discuss and recap Nick’s performance at the Buffalo, New York Marathon that he ran on May 29th, 2022.

Nick and Coach Jeff discuss the importance of consistency in training, and how that compounded to allow Nick to reach his goal of running Sub-2:50, with a final time of 2:48:11. They also discuss how approaching this entire prep day by day, brick by brick, was crucial for building up to this goal.

The documentary on the Buffalo Marathon will be available to view on YouTube on Sunday, June 19th, 2022 at 10am CST.
