Yves shares practical tips for men and women to overcome sexual dysfunction and how to become comfortable with sex and your sexuality.

He talks about other energy therapy techniques aside from EFT that are simple and very powerful. He says "I realised a client can achieve real deep change more easily than with other classical therapy."

He says: With energy psychology you don’t have to go so deep into the sensations, the emotion. You need to be connected, but it’s not so hard. Energy psychology for me was the best solution. It changed my life.

He further shares a breathing exercise to quickly decrease anxiety as well as a simple trick to quiet your thoughts.
