Check to see if your employer has an EAP (employee assistance program) you can utilize
Check your insurance to see what Mental Health benefits you may have. Typically you can check the back of your insurance ID card and look for the behavioral health phone number to get connected with services
As Dr. Bryson mentioned you can search for local non-profit organizations that may have services that are available to you
Dial 211 from your phone or visit 211.org to connect with resources that may be available in your area
