Relationships can be tricky sometimes, we're all human. It's perfectly natural to experience a range of emotions, from anger to happiness and everything in between. We often want to run from those not-so-easy-to-sit-with emotions....like anger, jealousy, rage, depression, sadness. It's usually hard to put into words where those emotions are coming from, so we'll discuss how we can learn to express these things in order to heal the trauma that lies beneath them and create beautiful, authentic, vulnerable relationships built on trust and love for one another.
