Breath awareness meditation is the most effective way of mediation which helps us to calm the mind, reduce the stress, tension, anxiety. It also helps us to improve our concentration as well as improve our alertness. It also helps to boost our immune system.
As you practice the breathing meditation you become a better observer of your breathing. You will notice your breathing which is calm not only while practicing meditation but also during normal time.
If you are practicing deep breathing but not so deep it is to be forced daily you will heal faster and live life much healthier.
You can spend a few moments experiencing and feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Hello I am Shalita, and today I welcome you to the Breath Awareness Meditation. I want to thank you for your precious time and for choosing me as your guide for this meditation practice. Find yourself in a nice and comfortable position, with your shoulders relaxed (……)You may sit or lie whatever the position you feel comfortable for you. Allow your hands to rest comfortably in your lap, or on the floor or whatever you feel comfortable.
If you have chosen to sit, please make sure you have a back support ……Now gently close your eyes, you may take 10 to 20 minutes, to have the position comfortable one…… It is fine…… Take your time to settle in ……Now Simply breath in …… breath out normally …..and…… try to settle in your normal breathing pattern. Take a few moments to focus on every breath in ….and…. every breath out. Notice the movement of your body …..as you inhale and exhale ….. Now move towards slightly deeper breathing pattern….. but no so deep as deep is to be forced.
If your mind wanders….. does not matter, …….it is natural, ……bring yourself back and …..notice every sensation caused by breath in breath out……Now that you have got into nice deeper breathing pattern…., settling you in relaxed….. all the way down …….you notice …..as you breath in …..air flowing into your edge of your nostril …...Feel the air going all the way down….. back of your nostril….., through your throat into your lungs……..Pay attention, …..as you breath in……..your abdominal which is expanding……., skin stretches……, chest expands…...Observe the sensation ……that you feel in ……every breath in ………..As you breath out ……,you notice…… your abdominal starts contracts……., chest contracts……, and skin looses….., Notice the breath comes out back from your nose through the mouth…...
Feel every sensation that you feel …..in every breath out …., As you focus on every breath…… placing your attention…… on every breath you take in…. and take out ….your mind may wanders…..does not matter….it is natural….just observe the mind…and do not be judge mental…..
Bring yourself back returning to the nice and deep breathing pattern…..As you continue with the deep breathing pattern allow your breath to fill up your whole body…….Enjoy the energy….that goes into each and every part of your body….., every muscles….., lungs….., heart….., mind and soul…..As we all know breath is very special ….and ….which continue to keeping us alive… not only when we are awake…. But…. even in our sleep…..Just observe the each breath……Appreciate the beautiful breath……Imagine that….. your happy breath…. is bringing a big beautiful smile …..to every place in your body…….Just focus on every inhale …..and exhale…….
As we are bringing back this meditation to a close, keep yourself nice and relaxed …….just return to your normal breathing pattern……..Open your eyes gently….., bring yourself to the place where you are in.
