As you prepare yourself for a positive and productive day I would  suggest you to practice meditation every day in the morning. This  mediation helps you to start your morning filling you full of love and  positive energy.     


By setting an intention for the day , or the motivation you will always  make your day positive and productive . You become more focused and  energized for the rest of the day and helps you to face whatever the  challenges day brings you.
