This one I was writing as a blog and it felt more like a conversation... so here it is!
No one likes to deal with fear. It’s not comfortable. It can give you knots in your stomach and make you want to avoid the situation that causes it. The reason many people experience fear is because they’re either afraid of failure or they’re afraid of the unknown.
But it is never a mistake to face what you fear. Ignoring fear or running from it will only make that fear seems larger and more insurmountable. Rather than avoiding the anxiety or turmoil that comes along with fear, allow yourself to feel whatever emotions your fears bring.
