Yoga en sanskrit veut dire l’union entre le corps et l’esprit. Et souvent dans le corps, il y a un muscle oublié et surtout maltraité, il s’agit de l'œil ! Et oui, les yeux sont faits de muscles, et les exposer en permanence devant des écrans en les gardant dans la même fixité pendant des heures, c’est les maltraiter. Ce qui provoque de la fatigue mais aussi d’autres pathologies oculaires. Certes, il est difficile de se passer de ces outils numériques qui font aujourd’hui partie de notre quotidien, mais il existe quelques astuces pour ne pas endommager trop tôt notre vue. Notamment le yoga des yeux qui permet de faire travailler les muscles de l’œil.
