About this episode

In today's episode, I share how I found balance between healthy eating and food freedom. My philosophy will always be focusing on how the food I eat makes me feel and what makes me feel my absolute best. With that in mind, enjoying life includes food freedom, so I make an effort to honor both sides of the spectrum. I share my own experiences and follow it up with tips I think are very helpful if you are also trying to find balance!
