About this episode

On episode #78 of The Anxiety Project Podcast, I talk about the good and the bad of taking anti-anxiety medications and antidepressants. I talk about the reasons why I chose to overcome my anxiety naturally and I discuss my opinion of those who choose to take these medications to overcome their life challenges. I believe there is an all natural way to overcome anxiety and to depend on drugs for relief will only cause more harm than good.
