So if your emotions are all over the place and you are feeling overwhelmed, depressed and anxious listen to this podcast so you can gain some strategies and ideas so that you can feel that you can cope and handle anything that comes your way with confidence and support. Not all breakups have to be as hard and difficult if you can learn to change the way you think and react to situations that come before you, you may find that your breakup is a lot more pain free then you thought it was going to be.
