#664: Quitting is like a disease with Da...

InnerFight
About this episode

Dan cooper spent 18 years of his life in the Australian Special forces, not the path he thought he would take as a kid but his desire to challenge himself led him to selection. He finished school with little desire to continue to study but has since gain a degree, two masters and is currently studying a PHD.

In this show we talk about humans being one being but why we disconnect the physical, mental and emotional. We also delve deep in to what keeps us going when we are “tired”, the two types of pain and living in certain circumstances without emotion.

Dan is a family man with great morales and having lived a life of challenging himself he is continuing to do so through some brutal ultra endurance challenges that he shares with us.

Enjoy the show.
