Ethan Suplee is well known for his work in all sorts of film & TV roles, like My Name is Earl, Mallrats, Boy Meets World, and more. But these days, he prefers to be known as the guy who's down more than half of his original bodyweight. You'd think he's got it all figured out...but, just like you and me, he's still working it out. And that's one of the major reasons why he's been able to be as successful as he is on his journey.
Today, in our first video episode, we're talking about why weight loss isn't as simple as big number -> small number, what it takes to keep the progress after you've made it, and the mental battle of stepping into a new identity.
Speaking of figuring it out, forgive me -- I didn't know how to add music to the front and back of the episode with there being video involved. So it's just us talking!
Tune into LifeLONG with Ethan Suplee every Monday (I did an episode with him back in June this year! Episode and channel linked below.
