I'm a biohacker with a peptide fridge, and right now I am injecting absolutely nothing. That is probably not what you expected me to say. The internet makes it look like the goal is more compounds, stacked higher, forever. It is not. The goal is to use the right tool for a specific window, then come off it.
In this solo episode I open my actual fridge. I walk through every peptide I have run recently, the real dose, why it went in, why it came out, and why I am on a full break right now. I cover my injury repair pair BPC-157 and TB-500, my body composition experiments with AOD-9604 and a Retatrutide microdose, my beauty and longevity layer with GHK-Cu and NAD nasal spray, and my brain and mood pair Selank and Semax. Then I explain why I am cycled off everything, and how to build your own stack for a female body instead of copying mine.
This is my personal experience for education, not medical advice, and peptides are provider territory. If you want me to help you build and sequence your own stack around your goals and your labs, you can book a free call here.
