I explain the importance of understanding Prakriti to maintain balance and well-being, drawing from my own experiences and a recent trip that offered me insights into rest and self-awareness.
I discuss the challenges of identifying one's Prakriti and differentiate it from current imbalances, known as Vikriti.
I offer practical steps for discovering Prakriti, including keeping a journal, talking to others and consulting knowledgeable individuals. These steps help us learn what brings us in and out of balance, ultimately fostering a deeper understanding of ourselves through the lens of Ayurveda.
