Friends,
The hardest thing one can encounter in life is forgiving one's own transgressions. In this episode, I review research studies on self-forgiveness, self-exoneration, and the cycle of self-condemnation as presented in the Handbook of Forgiveness. Additionally, I contribute tips for mindset work to eliminate rumination in the cycle of condemnation and offer an easy-to-understand process for overcoming self-condemnation presented in the research literature.
Whether you're struggling to forgive yourself or others, this episode provides valuable tools and perspectives to aid in your journey toward forgiveness.
