We chat about limiting beliefs, the stories you tell yourself, being REAL but loving towards yourself through the process of change, kicking perfectionism & dissecting the habits that are HINDERING our growth 🎙

2. Are these stories true? do they serve you? start to deconstruct these stories into favourable ones
3. How would your life improve and how would you feel if you became this new version of you? *DAILY JOURNAL PRACTICE* "I am" statements, "I feel" statements, "My life is.." statements
4. What current habits are hindering your ability to become this new version of you?
