In today’s episode, I sat down with Alena Winter, a clinical Naturopath and Nutritionist in New Zealand who is passionate about helping people understand true foundations of health and the things we need in place to be well. The good news? Many of these pillars of health are simple, accessible, and low cost–yet they can make a world of a difference in how we feel on a day to day basis.
