With the holiday season in full swing it's no secret that alcohol can be a big part of the celebrations. The good news is, there's a way to enjoy it without wreaking havoc on your gut.

Now, I'm sure we all know that from a purely physical perspective, alcohol isn’t the healthiest choice, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a drink or two—especially when you do it mindfully. This week, I’m sharing my top tips for enjoying alcohol in a way that’s gentler on your body, so you can indulge without the guilt or negative side effects.
