4. STOP: A quick strategy for staying calm:

- Proceed mindfully with your actions.

5. DEAR MAN: A method for asking for what you need or saying no:

- Describe the situation.

- Express your feelings.

- Assert your request clearly.

- Reinforce why it matters.

- Mindfully stay calm.

- Appear confident.

- Negotiate if needed.

6. PLEASE: A way to keep your mind and body balanced:

- Accumulate positive emotions.

- Build mastery by doing things you’re good at.

- Cope ahead for tough situations.

- PhysicaL illness: Take care of any health problems.

- Eat: Maintain a balanced diet.

- Avoid mood-altering substances: Stay away from alcohol or drugs that can make emotions worse.

- Sleep: Get enough rest to feel refreshed.
