How Orthorexia has been Rebranded as "We...

Ciandra Birnbaum
About this episode

In this episode, I dive into a topic that's often unspoken about in the wellness world: how orthorexia, an obsession with "healthy" eating, has been rebranded and disguised as a "wellness culture."

I'll share my own experiences of falling into the trap of wellness trends, how they masked my disordered eating, and the steps I took to break free.

We’ll explore the fine line between healthy habits and harmful obsession, and I’ll offer insights on how to navigate the wellness world without compromising your recovery.

Remember, food is not “good” or “bad” — food is just food!
